Yes, while other manufacturer use a brush system like we do, their brushes are aligned and will clean only a specific spot on the lens. Is CleanDr different from other Laser Lens Cleaner solutions offered? If it is clean, you can easily see through it, if not, it needs to be cleaned, which is what ScreenDr is designed to do. Think of this lens as a window or windshield. Any dirt, dust or residue on this lens can affect the playback as the laser will no longer be able to go through and read correctly the data on the disc.
CleanDr has soft brushes that gently wipe the lens used to guide the laser beam that reads discs.
